
Shakey innards, Parched mouth and a sweaty ass and brow! Yes i said it. All the symptoms of a gruelling workout. It has been a while since I have subjected my chest to such a beating.. Not suggesting i never train hard, Far from it, I always train to the best of my ability. Unlike some other lads who seem join to gym to commune around the smith machine! The real kicker was the multiple sets. I will admit I'm used to doing only one exercise per body part most of the time.
On the plus side I didn't need to "Jump in" with anyone or have to wait for any benches tonight at all! I would like to thank the 90% of the gym clientele for doing a runner or (sacrilege) skipping training to watch the Footy game. It's embarassing but at one point I was the only dude amongst ladys. At least until another fellow die hard male trainer arrived.
My workout excel file is at work. I shall post up my stellar Chest/shoulder/tricep workout here when i arrive in the office tomorrow morning. Thats if I don't snuff it whilst doing cardio.
