
A little bit more calorie content today when compared to Mondays sitting, As you can see I have added another chicken breast and also some extra porridge oats PPWO. "Niiiiceee!"
I think I will adjust this slightly on Friday by including a little more carbs into the meal running upto training.
I would like to kick Morrisons supermarket in the neck for not stocking a decent bag of plain non salted mixed nuts. Unless your a blue tit, sparrow or any other common garden bird you would scoff at thier selection. Though I would strike them with one hand I would commend them with another as their choice of adding the packets of mixed seeds and pine nuts near the cashier was a good one. Not only did this give a guy a good selection of Omegas to work with, it also took me ajway from Creme Eggs and Snicker bars. I will need to address my Omega consumption and balance as it is out of whack right now.
