Youch!

Bloody hell im acheing right now. My hams, back, arse cheeks (hey hey no dirty stuff)! Talk about DOMS from Monday nights training. Im just pleased it's not leg night tonight otherwise I would would probably be found somewhere around closing time mangled in the leg press or squat rack.... Im going to stop moaning like a sissy girl right now. Its all a part of the masterplan! Well, it is up until the point where its painful to walk up the stairs or sit on the can.

Its planned to take in just a iccle bit more carbs today as part of the expaqnding calorific intake. It goes without saying that only clean carbs will be used and they will be structured around the more active parts of my day. Im taking my time with this one!

No doubt some readers will be mortified on how little im currenlty eating whilst trying to gain mass. Let me get a few things straightened out. I've recently dropped a couple of % bodyfat over the course of 5 weeks.. Whilst this is nothing amazing or life changing I would rather I started from a leaner base so as to afford myself a few lbs of bodyfat without looking like Fat Albert! Due to this im slowly adding in quality calories at strategic times of the day. Hell if I was to go from eating a low assed 2000kcal each day to 4000kcal, im sure I would get some serious spillage over to the hips as my metabolism isn't great at processing tons of food right now. It's like changing from 1st to 5th gear in your car! (for those who don't drive, You can substitute the car for a bike.)
