The Workout of the day

A new start requires new stimulus. Tonight I embarked on a new routine, A basic routine consiting of all the meat and veg needed to make a guy larger. I mean c'mon, no bloody way on gods green earth is Machine rows of say 50-60kg going to build more back mass than heavy assed Deadlifts from the floor for 160-200Kg. Next time your in the gym take a look around, I mean a good look! Watch the squat rack, Watch the power rack and the free weight bench. If you manage to find a guy throwing around a shed load of slag iron like its going out of fashion in any of these exercises. I gaurantee you the dude is probably built like a fookin tank, could probably pose as bigfoot and chews tin cans for bubble gum!

My take home message is to use constant progression in my lifts. Focus on the main compound moves.
