
Here it is. My first days eatings for all to see. Please be aware this diet is tailored around my lifestyle and as such should not be copied. Im a big big fan of nutrient timing! Basically timing nutrients to specific times of the day, activity levels etc.. My personal fave is Carbohydrate timing as this is what makes or breaks my physique based on personal experience. I mean why the hell would i need a huge energy laden jacket spud when im going to be sat infront of a PC for a few hours?? efficient? NO. Now look at it this way. It's 18:00 and time for chow, im at the gym in 1 hour for a gruesome workout. What do I do? scrimp on the carbs and go unfueled for my workout - No way! Carbs as primary energy providers are needed to support a heavy bout of the slag iron, going low carb would leave me feeling like an extra from thriller during my training. As such ill take in a fair sized/slow digesting QUALITY carb source to give a steady release of energy. I highlight QUALITY!!! low ranking chips, pasties, pies, breads etc have no place in my diet at this time.
