Once again bed was prompt at 23:30 lastnight.. Not early by any stretch of the imagination but any earlier and i don't sleep, any later and you can kiss the morning cardio session goodbye!!
Anywho, Heeding my own good advice I decided to try my hand at some light jogging/heavy walking for cardio this morning to guage the effects on my heart rate. Although my buns of steel were a little roasted from deadlifting I managed ok. The pace was kept light and heart rate was between 140-150bpm. Not bad! I must admit I felt like a thug whilst out running this morning. Barely even recognisable as a runner whilst dressed in a hooded top, tracksuit bottoms and a woolen hat. Only the florescent adidas running shoes seprated me from looking like a crime stoppers brigand!
I did manage to stop and get a quick snap on my Mp3/camera phone of the scenic route/bushes I was loitering around.
