Trying to write whats on my mind is like a postman trying to post 1000's of letters through a box at the same time. Things get stuck and only snippets of the info gets through.
My blog has been discovered! No longer are the inner ramblings which usually echo between my ears safe. Though im sure that the vast array of Training mumbo jumbo will turn away anyone with less than a fleeting interest in the lifestyle Bodybuilding brings to the table.
Speaking of tables, or more so desks. Lunch was promptly devoured today! Well, The chicken was anyway.. Im still not a huge fan of fibrous veggies but I understand thier importance and as such chew on them with all the passion of a cow chewing on grass! Thats meal number 2 over and done with.
A little background won't harm right now. This is basically to explain the metomorphisis my diet is going through right now. To cut a long and boring story short. im sloooowly starting to shift gears from a negative calorie balance (i.e eating less than i use each day) to a positive calorie balance (i.e eating more than i use each day). This is done through adjustement to my daily carb intake at the moment. I will be factoring in more carbs around weight training to ensure the extra is used efficiently and not layed down as bodyfat. Using this method I will slowly claw back calories and at somepoint my body mass should start increasing. The whole trick is to maximise muscular weight and minimize fat gain during this mass gaining stage.
