Day 1: So it has begun.

07:20 twas the time before i managed to drag my ass from the comfort of a warm bed this morning. Altough I had plans to make it earlier to maximise cardio time, my nights sleep was subpar to say the least..This is to be expected when i slept roughly 12 hours in total between Saturday and Sunday night! never again.

My cardio consists of 35-45 mins of low intensity cycling on my exercise bike. Either infront of challenge TV or to the sounds of fresh punchy beats. It is performed on an empty stomach and with a blast of Grenade fat burner which includes stimulants like caffiene and Ma-hung. Its strong stuff thats for sure.. Not something i would recommend for your arm chair athelete. You will soon see that stuff like this isn't magic! it's the tip of the iceberg when it comes to getting results.

I managed 35 mins this morning. ~Though im not overly impressed as my heart rate (measured by my trusty York monitor) isn't rising as much as I would like and as such I will need to either peddle faster and harder or seek out some low intensity jogging in the future.

Washed, clothed and im almost ready to go. Its time to load up my sports bag for work, Lets see whats inside:

  • 1 set of mini Scales
  • 1 bag of mixed Tesco nuts
  • 1 bottle of H&B flaxseed oil capsules
  • 1 bottle of Fish oil caps.
  • 1 bottle Multi Vitamin and minerals
  • 1 empty protein shaker cup
  • My Lunch for the day
  • 1 bottle of Grenade fat burning supps
  • 1 box of 25 Green Tea bags
I carry this with me day in and day out to the office! Ensuring I have what I need for a days good eating. No excuses to be caught short! Im prepared.
