I have roughly 1 hour in order to prepare tomorrows eating for my typical 09:00 - 17:30 working day. No later than 23:30 for me to hop into the sack as im a guy who values a good night sleep in order for a good days training. Even if most of it is plagued with protein manipulated dream madness as my serving of cottage cheese, fish oils and serving of GABA washes around my stomach in a fine broth during the night. For those whom are interested. The meal above is not random.... No sir! most of the foods I eat and will be eating have been chose for their properties and have been distinctly timed so i may take advantage of thier properties.

The cottage cheese is chosen as it is high in protein and low in carbs, Ideal for eating at sedentry times of the day as the protein in cottage cheese (a mix of whey and casein) is know to digest sloooooowly throughout the night. As such this helps to promote growth and keep us away from fasting during our kip. The fish oils help slow the protein release down even futhur!! The GABA (now taken off the shelves in the UK) is an amino acid which promotes a deeper and higher quality of sleep.
Well its time to dash. My alarm with comedy/nostalgic "Rise from your Graaavve" altered beast SFX will ring out at 6:50 to symbolise the start of morning cardio before work.
Looks like a serving of good old chicken tikka breast and veggies to form the basis for lunch tomorrow. Thats precisely 10 mins of my time as I warm up the pre-cooked chicken and nuke the Frozen Tesco vegetable mix in the mic for a few mins.
