A time comes in eveyones liftime when tough desicions must be made. Today is one such day in many for me.. Right now you could assume I lead a difficult life, a life with great social and work related demands, a life with great responsibility. The answer is I don't..
My struggle doesn't come from my wealth, my girl, my car or my job... It is a battle with myself. A battle to turn physical parness to physical excellence!
Im sat here right now having difficuly in writing whats on my mind. I have so much I would like to talk about with regards to my opinions on traning, nutrition and how it all effects my life on a day to day basis. Im going to lay my habits on the line, detail and describe the ordinairy and extra-ordinairy. 99.9% of the population have absolutely NO IDEA of what it takes! Sure we all know some guy who can goto the gym and slog some weights around and get big whilst still eating pizza and chinese food day in day out. Im not one of those guys!
Lets get a few things straight from the outset. I have been no stranger to training for a few years now. Those years have taken an undernourished 160lb ringing wet 6'3 beanpole and transformed me into what would be a regular looking Joe at 200lbs. You could say Iv'e had to put in this ground work just to starting point of your regular Schmo. Well guess what! Its time to move onwards and upwards..
My Goal is to add a good 14lbs of quality mass before the clock strikes 12 Midnight on 31st of December. I say quality mass.. The days of getting big on Mc'Donalds, Crisps, Chocolate etc are over.. That shite has no place in my regular diet anymore! The odd weekend takeaway will be eaten from time to time as I do believe despite what you read in this blog, im at least some part human and not a full dietary cyborg.
Well lets get this show underway. Hopefully I can access this Blog from work so I may update this away from home.
Wish me luck
