What a mistaka to maka!
In my infinite wisdom and heavily influenced mind (hey a warm comfy bed will do that). I decided to put postpone my morning cardio to friday (WEAK WEAK WEAK).. The problem here is the fact that Friday is now legs day, plus I usually perfer to do cardio on off days as to not intefere with training and diet. Not to worry, Im still getting the order/placement of everything right and will probably be doing so in months to come as I monitor progress and adjust the plan accordingly.
I will roll with cardio Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday next week.
DON'T GET TO EXCITED! I will post some pics up on Saturday of my starting point. How the world will rejoice!
