Diet of the day




A little shaken past 18:00 and a little improvised during the night as i missed a meal. Its shameful and a bad example to set but I did say i would lay it bare. Basically as I missed the meal I will set my "water clock" to wake me during the night. The water clock being an ingenious invention of my own which is basically me drinking water like it is going out of fashion in the lead up to bedtime. Naturally somewhere around 2-3 or so I will (using the guidance of the most narrow of eye slits) find my way to the toilet. On route I will grab my pre-prepared shaker bottle with a Meal replacement mix consisting of a blend of proteins and minimal carbs/fat. Bobs your uncle and fannys your aunt!! quick, simple and still getting vital nutrients that managed to slip away from my hectic schedule during the day.

Ohh and by the way. Mr .T is happy i necked the Green tea

Anyways I must go. I will talk a little more about this tomorrow.
